Salary PackageAs a Home Care Services Manager - Client Experience Specialist, you will be offered a competitive salary package, including benefits such as:
- Competitive rates: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
- Salary packaging benefits up to $18,550

The Home Care Services Manager - Client Experience Specialist is responsible for effectively managing the home care service relationship between clients and the organisation. This involves ensuring clients receive optimal levels of care and support to remain living independently in their own homes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a first point of contact for clients and their families, providing information about available services
- Managing and recording client complaints and compliments
- Ensuring all wellness visits, client contacts, and annual reviews are completed according to procedures
- Building plans linked to ACAT/NSAF assessments and client goals
- Reviewing and updating care plans annually and in response to changes in care needs
- Managing client funds to ensure appropriate care and services can be delivered
- Conducting assessments with new clients and ensuring they have face-to-face weekly wellness visits
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Evidence of COVID-19 and flu vaccinations
- A National Police Clearance (within 6 months' validity)
- Successful completion of a pre-employment health form and reference checks
- A Class C driver's licence and reliable vehicle with full comprehensive car insurance
- Ability to learn software programs and Microsoft Office applications
