About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engagement Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting individuals as they transition to their new home. As the primary point of contact, you will provide expertise and guidance to individuals and their families during this critical period, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.

Key responsibilities include providing knowledge of the service to various stakeholders, working collaboratively with them to achieve the best possible outcome for each person, and contributing to a positive work environment with a passionate team.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our office in Shenton Park.

">

To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Strong analytical and organisational skills are also essential, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously.

A tertiary qualification in a human service discipline is required, along with a valid and unrestricted driver's licence. You will also be required to complete the necessary clearances, including a Medical, National Police Clearance, and NDIS Workers Screening Check.
