Job Title: Sales Associate

Ashton Woods Homes is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling new homes to customers and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of Ashton Woods Homes to customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive sales experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to provide informed sales advice to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales managers, customer service representatives, and construction teams, to ensure seamless sales and customer service processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of residential home sales experience required.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance required for business travel.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
