About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our team at Building Partners Recruitment Pty Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a background in HVAC new build and refurbishment, looking to take their career to the next level.

Job Description

This role will involve managing projects valued between $2 million and $10 million, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. You will be responsible for tracking scheduling, managing variations, being the client liaison, attending site meetings, and overseeing each job from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Client Liaison: Build strong relationships with clients, communicating effectively to ensure their needs are met.
  • Site Management: Attend site meetings, monitor progress, and address any issues that may arise.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A background in HVAC new build and refurbishment, with a strong focus on commercial and education jobs.
  • Full work rights in Australia (this is non-negotiable).
  • HVAC trade background and outstanding knowledge of the industry.
  • Strong and stable employment history in Australia.
  • Solid track record on HVAC projects, in terms of productivity, cost management, and site operations.
  • Exceptional Planning, organisation, and documentation skills.
