Senior Manager of Growth and Revenue Strategy

**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and evolve our Growth and Revenue Strategy initiatives within our Enterprise and Mid-Market segments.
This is a dynamic role with the opportunity to significantly impact our sales channels and customer experiences.
The successful candidate will create and deliver strategic plans for optimal outcomes, collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies and deliverables, and prepare comprehensive plans for presentation to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities include managing market and channel delivery, tracking deliverables, guiding go/no-go decisions, and ensuring sales readiness.
- Create and deliver GTM initiatives for Enterprise & Mid-Market segments
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies and deliverables
- Prepare comprehensive plans for presentation to senior leadership
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in Growth and Revenue Strategy, marketing, product, or project management
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience
- Strong collaboration skills within a matrixed organization
- Excellent communication skills and proactive reporting ability
- Experience implementing complex product collections with multiple vendors and aligning priorities
