Job Description

Highgrove Bathrooms, a reputable brand amongst trade professionals, requires a skilled sales specialist to join their team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess retail sales experience and be available to work Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

The Opportunity:
  • Welcoming customers in a timely manner with a smile.
  • Assisting customers with product selection and providing expert advice.
  • Maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction through superior sales service.
  • Designing displays to showcase products effectively.
  • Ensuring the store's visual presentation is outstanding at all times.
  • Assisting with stock transfers, ordering, and receiving new shipments.
  • Handling customer payments efficiently using the POS system.
  • Resolving issues related to damaged stock and warranty claims.
  • Delivering customer orders as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The successful candidate must have:

  • Proven experience in retail sales.
  • An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in MS applications.
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • The ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
