**Membership Sales Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with prospects, providing exceptional customer service and exceeding their expectations.
- Drive membership sales through effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the gym facility.
- Continuously strive to improve personal and professional skills, embracing a growth mindset towards personal development.

**Requirements**:

- 1 or more years of experience in a sales role, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Passion for health and fitness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated to excel in all areas of life.

**Schedule**:
The following schedule is the minimum required schedule for this position:

- Monday 7am to 10am
- Tuesday 7am to 10am
- Wednesday 7am to 10am
- Thursday 7am to 10am
- Friday 7am to 10am

Hours may vary based, but the above schedule will be the base.

**Compensation**:

- A motivated individual who wants to increase their commissions could work hours outside of the minimum schedule.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.87 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
