We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to lead the development and implementation of our training programs.

Key responsibilities include assessing and evaluating current training material, identifying gaps, and monitoring weekly training progress. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 12 months experience in a similar role, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to multitask.

About the role:

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Training Coordinator. The successful applicant will have a proven track record in training coordination and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate current training material
  • Identify gaps in training and develop strategies to address them
  • Monitor weekly training progress and identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collate available training materials and match them to the chronological order of knowledge and skills
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure all necessary resources are obtained for scheduled training

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role relating to training coordination or learning and development
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask
  • Proactive and organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly
  • C class driver's licence
