Job Overview

The Commercial Strategy Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth and commercial success of our global online sports betting business operating in Australia, the USA, and the UK.

This dynamic role involves conducting comprehensive research on betting markets, consumer behavior, and industry activity across key territories. The successful candidate will develop models and frameworks to analyze market trends and project revenue growth opportunities.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of market data and trends to inform business development strategies.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to assess revenue growth potential.
  • Assist in providing expert analysis and assessment on new business development opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Support new product development and market entry initiatives through feasibility studies and market-fit analysis.
  • Review and summarize industry publications, key bulletins, analyst reports, and economic data relevant to sports betting, daily fantasy sports, and iGaming.
  • Compile evidence and research for license applications and regulatory submissions.
  • Provide analytical support to the broader commercial team, including performance dashboards, KPI tracking, and ROI analyses.
  • Assist in reviewing and negotiating key commercial contracts, including supplier performance, contract renewals, service levels, and costs analysis.

Key skills and qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong research and data collating capabilities, and proficiency in data storage and data visualization tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications
