Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake new customer registration and education
  • Efficiently answer calls and emails from customers, providing betting information and completing bet placement accurately
  • Respond promptly to incoming customer queries via phone calls and emails
  • Assist with documenting team procedures and process customer KYC checks
  • Continually update knowledge around betting products
  • Make outbound calls to establish and develop relationships with current and prospective customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Passion for customer service
  • Understanding of upholding confidentiality of sensitive customer information
  • Ability to make clear and well-reasoned decisions
  • Availability to work out of hours shifts and weekends
  • High level of attention to detail with task prioritization skills
  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office Applications
