**The Role**:
An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Manager with circa 12 months experience to join the team. Working closely with the Business Development Manager, Head of Property Management and Senior Property Investment Manager.
- Manage Rental Arrears
- Negotiate Lease Renewals/Rent Increases
- Managing End of Lease/Terminations
- Bond and Insurance Claims
- Resolve any Tenant Complaints
- Repairs and Maintenance

**Core Business Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with 2 weekly meetings at 8:30am**

**Skills and Experience**:

- Certificate of Registration
- Proven experience in similar role
