Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, upgrading, supporting, and troubleshooting Windows, Mac, and other authorized desktop software/applications.

In addition to the above responsibilities, the Desktop Engineer will also be required to install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Eligible Recipient Workspace Hardware such as Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Mobile Devices, Video and Conferencing Equipment, and other authorized peripheral equipment and devices.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to analyze complex technical issues to implement temporary or permanent fixes and restore service within SLAs.

The role also requires effective communication with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
