Job Opportunity

We are looking for experienced and passionate Support Workers interested in joining our team. In this client-focused environment, you would work under the guidance of our Dementia Care Specialists, supporting clients with personal care, domestic tasks, meals, social activities, and community participation.

To Succeed In This Role You Will Have
  • A person-centered approach to support people in their daily living
  • Experience working with people with dementia or disability who may present with complex behaviours will be an advantage
  • Reliability and flexibility to work across a full range of shifts

Essentials:

  • Current influenza vaccination is a requirement
  • National Police Clearance (No more than 2 years old)
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence (minimum P2s)
