Support Specialist for Individuals with Disabilities

We are seeking a Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to individuals with varying levels of disability.
About the Role:
The Support Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and independence of our clients, providing individualized support to meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care, mobility, and communication
- Developing and implementing personalized support plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Providing emotional support and promoting client autonomy
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Individual Supports or equivalent
- Current DHS or NDIS Worker Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Manual handling certificates
- Valid Driver's Licence and car
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including AM and PM shifts
