Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our community care team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering high-quality care services to new and existing clients.

This role will involve providing personalized support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and enhancing their overall well-being. As a Care Support Specialist, you will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

About the Role
  • Provide care and support to community and residential clients
  • Work collaboratively with the ICA Team Leader and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent. You will also have experience working in aged care and be able to demonstrate a commitment to delivering high standards of customer service.

Requirements
