Solution Engineer Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Solution Engineer. This position is responsible for delivering and supporting C4 products within customer environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage software installation, configuration and support in customer's C4I environments for use in tests, training, exercises and actual operations.
  • Set up and test integrations between C41 software products and coalition systems, sensors, effectors and communication systems.
  • Design, implement and support technical solutions.
  • Ensure alignment, effective communication and coordination between stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver technical training of customer administrators and users.
  • Provide level 1 and 2 support to customers on C41 software products, installation, integration with other software and equipment, and to end-users.
  • Maintain knowledge of C4 software product roadmaps to maximize value for customers.
  • Support project delivery within agreed scope and on time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure and platforms such as Windows, Linux Andriod-based operating systems, Active Directory, database management systems, XMPP chat.
  • Experience in deploying software applications into cloud-based and on-premises environments.
  • Knowledge of administration and operation of military command information systems, tactical radio devices and radio networks, and ITIL (desirable).
  • NV1 Security Clearance.
