Technical Solutions Architect

This is a key technical role within our Operations Team, where you will be responsible for delivering and supporting C4 products within customer environments.

This position involves designing, implementing and supporting technical solutions that meet the needs of customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate and improve existing solutions, ensuring they align with customer requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage software installation, configuration and support in the customer's C4I environments for use in tests, training, exercises and actual operations.
  • Set up and test integrations between C41 software products and coalition systems, sensors, effectors and communication systems.
  • Evaluate and improve existing solutions to ensure they align with customer requirements.
  • Develop and deliver technical training to customer administrators and users.
  • Provide level 1 and 2 support to customers on C41 software products, installation, integration with other software and equipment, and to end-users.
  • Stay up-to-date with C4 software product roadmaps to maximise value for customers.
The Skills And Experience We Are Looking For

We prefer candidates who bring experience in software development technologies such as Java, C#, JavaScript, IT infrastructure and platforms like Windows, Linux and Android-based operating systems, Active Directory and database management systems. Experience in deploying software applications into cloud-based and on-premises environments is also highly valued.

Candidates who have knowledge in administrating and operating military command information systems, tactical radio devices and radio networks, and hold an ITIL certification, are desirable.

In addition, we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
