A forward-thinking CRM professional is required to spearhead our loyalty initiatives across channels.

The role involves supporting the development and execution of loyalty strategies, focusing on omni-channel engagement, targeting, and communication. This includes managing audience targeting and segmenting, collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities, implementing personalization, and developing Test & Learn activities.

Key requirements include 2+ years of digital marketing experience, a tertiary qualification in marketing or direct marketing, basic HTML knowledge, previous database management experience, and analytical skills.

We are seeking a highly organized individual with excellent problem-solving skills, able to collaborate with colleagues across multiple business areas and meet strict deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and coordinate audience targeting and segmenting to align with strategic objectives.
  2. Support Loyalty Manager in developing and executing customer lifecycle and engagement strategies.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities to drive customer conversion.
  4. Implement personalization and dynamic content in all communications.
  5. Develop and maintain a program of Test & Learn activity to ensure continuous improvement.
  6. Ensure an integrated experience for loyalty across all brand collateral.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Tertiary qualified in marketing or direct marketing
  • Basic HTML knowledge
  • Previous database management experience and analytical skills
