A forward-thinking CRM professional is required to spearhead our loyalty initiatives across channels.
The role involves supporting the development and execution of loyalty strategies, focusing on omni-channel engagement, targeting, and communication. This includes managing audience targeting and segmenting, collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities, implementing personalization, and developing Test & Learn activities.
Key requirements include 2+ years of digital marketing experience, a tertiary qualification in marketing or direct marketing, basic HTML knowledge, previous database management experience, and analytical skills.

We are seeking a highly organized individual with excellent problem-solving skills, able to collaborate with colleagues across multiple business areas and meet strict deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate audience targeting and segmenting to align with strategic objectives.
- Support Loyalty Manager in developing and executing customer lifecycle and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities to drive customer conversion.
- Implement personalization and dynamic content in all communications.
- Develop and maintain a program of Test & Learn activity to ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure an integrated experience for loyalty across all brand collateral.
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience
- Tertiary qualified in marketing or direct marketing
- Basic HTML knowledge
- Previous database management experience and analytical skills
