We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced CRM Engagement Manager to join our dynamic Bunnings Commercial Team.

About the Role
Joining a supportive team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement as the CRM Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive delivery framework that includes training, platform engagement, user adoption, and support.

Your focus will be on both strategic feature launches and continuous improvement/BAU initiatives. You will lead and develop a high-performing team of CRM Support Coordinators, guiding them through implementation processes to ensure seamless transitions of ongoing enhancements and user support.

You will additionally:

- Partner with the CRM Implementation Manager to deliver strategic feature launches, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user needs.
- Oversee and support the implementation of CRM solutions, ensuring smooth transitions and effective user adoption.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training guides to support user education and engagement.
- Create engaging content to support CRM initiatives, including guides, videos, and workplace posts.
- Craft strategic communication plans and utilize storytelling techniques to effectively convey the value and benefits of CRM initiatives to stakeholders.
- Manage training and engagement programs, ensuring they are designed and executed to maximize user adoption and engagement with CRM features.

About You

You are an experienced leader who is a strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement. You are a self-starter, collaborator, outcome-driven, adaptable, a quick learner, a problem solver, and have excellent attention to detail. You possess an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights. You have excellent project management skills, particularly across training engagement programs, and have outstanding stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.

You will additionally have:

- 4+ years' experience with CRM (or equivalent) and driving platform engagement & adoption.
- 4+ years' experience developing and delivering training programs.
- 4+ years' CRM user experience or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and team development skills, managing teams across different geographical locations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent training and facilitation skills.
