About this role:

We're looking for a CRM specialist to join our team. As a key player in our marketing operations, you'll play a vital role in developing and executing lifecycle programs that drive brand loyalty and customer value.

Key responsibilities include working closely with the CRM marketing team, wider marketing team, merchandise, eCommerce, and agency partners to build stronger relationships and deliver better experiences for our customers.

You'll develop strategies and implement lifecycle and trigger-based campaigns using marketing automation and CRM systems, such as Adobe Campaign.

The ideal candidate has:

  • 3-5 years' experience in end-to-end CRM/direct marketing campaign management
  • A tertiary qualification in marketing/communications or other related discipline
  • Experience working with marketing automation and CRM systems; Adobe Campaign experience is highly regarded
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Test and learn mindset, continuously looking for opportunities to optimise CRM activity
