Sales and Technical Support Coordinator

This internship is an exciting opportunity to gain insight into the Sales and Service Operations department. As a sales and service support role, you will be responsible for supporting the team with customer and dealer engagement, as well as communications to ensure service support excellence for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Support the team with customer and dealer engagement
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure service support excellence
- Learn about general business operations and support with operational and financial administration
- Gain insight into the technical side of our service plan offerings
- Help with competitor analysis and benchmarking exercises, as well as analytics and reporting
- Undergraduate student currently completing penultimate year of study
- Remaining 12 months or 2 semesters of study to complete degree
- Ideal: Business-related degree
- Proactive, enthusiastic attitude driven to provide ultimate customer service excellence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
