We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Admin Assistant to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role that requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Support the Aftersales and Spares team with administrative tasks
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations and assist in converting them to sales
  • Prepare professional quotations using ERP systems
  • Interpret customer requirements and input data into Dynamics AX or other systems
  • Create pick & pack lists and assist in logistics coordination
  • Compile and review technical documentation including MDR and testing reports
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Aftersales function
  • Assist with month-end project closeouts and invoicing proposals
Your Skills and Experience:
  • 1–3 years' experience in administration, logistics, or customer service
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with ERP systems, especially Dynamics AX 2012 (AX365 desirable)
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude
  • Team player who can also work independently and meet tight deadlines
