Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Admin Assistant to join our team.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role that requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Support the Aftersales and Spares team with administrative tasks
- Follow up on outstanding quotations and assist in converting them to sales
- Prepare professional quotations using ERP systems
- Interpret customer requirements and input data into Dynamics AX or other systems
- Create pick & pack lists and assist in logistics coordination
- Compile and review technical documentation including MDR and testing reports
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Aftersales function
- Assist with month-end project closeouts and invoicing proposals
- 1–3 years' experience in administration, logistics, or customer service
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with ERP systems, especially Dynamics AX 2012 (AX365 desirable)
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Team player who can also work independently and meet tight deadlines
