Property Conveyancing Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Conveyancing Solicitor to join our fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on property transactions including residential and commercial sales, purchases, leasing, and related matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and associated documentation.
  • Liaise with external parties including agents, lenders, and clients to ensure timely and accurate settlements.
  • Prepare settlement statements and manage file progress using LEAP.
  • Provide clear, practical legal advice with a client-centric approach.
  • Stay across legal developments and regulatory changes in property law.

Requirements:

  • Admitted as a solicitor in Australia with a minimum of 1+ years PAE in property and/or conveyancing law.
  • Solid experience in ACT/NSW property matters, including settlements, leasing, and related advisory services.
  • Proficient in LEAP and confident working independently on files.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-first approach.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and team-oriented.
