About Facilities Management
">- We are seeking a facilities manager to join our team, responsible for managing and maintaining the centre's infrastructure, ensuring everything runs safely, smoothly, and meets compliance standards.
As a facilities manager, you will lead key initiatives that support our strategy to operate as a safe, sustainable, and responsible business. You will deliver high-quality day-to-day facilities services that meet the needs of the Centre team and enhance the customer experience.
You will use data insights to identify opportunities to improve the asset's operational and environmental performance. You will coach and support the facilities team to perform at their best, building a culture of ownership, safety, and service excellence.
You will develop and maintain a comprehensive asset life cycle plan, clearly outlining facilities priorities and capital needs. You will build strong relationships with contractors and partners to ensure services are delivered to a high standard and in line with expectations.
You will take the lead in responding to emergencies or incidents in the centre, ensuring accurate reporting and timely escalation in line with our processes. You will oversee all maintenance, repair, and capital works projects, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions that support the long-term performance of the centre.
Your role will also involve duty management responsibilities from time to time, where you will be required to work a weekend shift (on a roster), which will be balanced with a day off in lieu.

Skill Requirements:
- Relevant experience in retail, hospitality, property, facilities management, or other customer service environment.
- Diploma or tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Trade, Building Services or Facilities Management.
- Commercial expertise to manage financials and provide recommendations on operating and capital costs.
