About the Role: As a senior property management professional, you will be responsible for leading a team of specialists to deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

This full-time position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of residential leasing and property management services. You will drive growth and success by overseeing daily activities, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing coaching and development to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a team of property management specialists to deliver high-quality results.
  2. Maintain properties under management to a high standard and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  3. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve efficiency.
  4. Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the team to nurture their skills and support career growth.
  5. Collaborate with the broader organization to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the residential leasing and property management market.
Requirements:
  1. Significant experience in a senior property management role, preferably within the residential sector.
  2. In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and associated legislation and regulations.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement process improvements.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make decisions.
