About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Network Operations Director to lead our team in managing yard activities across multiple sites in Australia. This is a high-profile opportunity for a results-driven individual who can shape the transportation operations network.


Key Responsibilities
  • Own transportation operations management (TOM) field operations and projects for multiple regions within Australia
  • Oversee overall safety, quality, performance, and customer experience for yard management activities across all sites in Australia
  • Lead a team of TOM Area Managers across different regions, including regular coaching and development sessions
  • Launch the TOM function to cover new site launches in Australia by collaborating with launch teams and cross-functional teams

Requirements
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • 5+ years of team management experience
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Significant work experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or manufacturing industry
