**Job Title:** Director of Healthcare Logistics

**Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic sales leader to drive business growth and customer acquisition within our healthcare vertical. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the logistics and healthcare industries, with established networks that will be beneficial to our growth plans.

**Responsibilities:

  • Strategic leadership: Develop and implement the growth plans for our healthcare vertical in accordance with the group vision and goals.
  • Solution design: Work closely with the commercial team to design and implement complex end-to-end logistics solutions for healthcare customers.
  • Team leadership and management: Build and lead a high-performing team within the vertical. Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Customer relationship management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners within the vertical.
  • Financial management: Collaborate with the finance and commercial teams to develop and manage the annual budget for the vertical.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in a strategic sales leadership role, ideally within an industry vertical.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry, market dynamics, and trends with established networks which will be beneficial to our growth plans.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in managing profit and loss, budgeting and forecasting.
