Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the innovation and optimization of our transport networks across Australia and beyond. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team of solution designers and analysts in delivering scalable, future-ready transport models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of Toll's transport solution design strategy aligned with growth and customer priorities
  • Design and optimize national and regional transport networks using scenario modeling, route optimization, and service configuration
  • Collaborate across Sales, Operations, IT, Finance, and Customer teams to ensure integrated, end-to-end solution delivery
Requirements:Qualifications & Experience:
  • Relevant university degree in transport, logistics, supply chain, or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in transport solution design or supply chain strategy, with 5+ years in senior leadership
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation or optimization projects across complex networks
Skills:
  • Expertise in commercial modeling, cost-to-serve analysis, and strategic network design
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across technical and commercial domains
  • Proficiency in transport optimization tools (e.g., CAST, Llamasoft, Route Smart) and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
