Key Responsibilities:- Manage existing wholesale relationships to ensure valued partnerships
- Maximize growth and profitability of the existing portfolio by increasing penetration
- Work closely with the Retail Sales Team to identify opportunities for value creation
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness, instilling a continuous improvement culture
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- Experience in wholesale distribution, dealer management or sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing relationships with dealers
