The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a driven and experienced Wholesale Manager (Business Development Manager) with a proven background in the Industrial Electrical Wholesale / Contractor sector. This role will focus on strengthening existing customer partnerships while driving new business opportunities across Queensland.

Reporting to the Queensland State Manager, you will play a key role in exceeding sales targets, with a particular emphasis on the Electrical Wholesale channel. This is a highly autonomous role that will involve regular travel throughout Queensland, with occasional interstate requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and represent the Company's premium industrial products, solutions, and technologies.
  • Manage, service, and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Develop new business opportunities through a targeted and strategic approach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key wholesale branches, contractors, OEMs, end users, and mining customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Supplier Representatives to deliver joint presentations, seminars, and training
  • Gather market insights to support strategic account planning.
  • Develop and execute effective sales plans on target for the region
