Lorna Jane has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration professional to join our Strategic Partnerships team at HQ.
In this role, you'll work closely with our Head of Strategic Partnerships to provide exceptional administrative support that keeps our wholesale and strategic accounts running smoothly.
You'll be part of a positive, supportive team that thrives on working together to deliver outstanding service and create solutions that drive our brand's growth and success.
Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and customer-first mindset will help us deliver the outstanding service this department is known for and contribute directly to our brand's growth and success.
What You'll Be Doing Order Management: Entering orders, raising invoices, sending payment links, and coordinating logistics and shipping.
Account Support: Assisting Account Managers across Australia, NZ, Asia, China, and Europe.
Data & Systems: Maintaining accurate records and data entry in Excel, Net Suite, Nu Order, and other platforms.
Customer Enquiries: Managing a busy inbox, responding to wholesale enquiries, and following up on delivery issues.
Collaboration: Working with stakeholders to ensure delivery windows are met and stock integrity is maintained.
What You'll Bring1+ years' experience in an administration or data-heavy role.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with high energy and a passion for success.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong customer service skills with a service-first approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Net Suite or Nu Order is highly desirable.
The ability to analyse data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Confident problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
