About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to join our team as a Training Trajectory and Projects Officer. In this role, you will provide administrative support to various Training and Development initiatives and projects, ensuring the smooth delivery of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to training and development initiatives and projects, including maintaining accurate databases and spreadsheets for trainee information.
  • Advise trainees, staff, and supervisors on trainee progress and related regulations, ensuring compliance with RANZCP Fellowship regulations.
  • Monitor records and database alerts for trainee progression and deadlines, providing timely reminders and notifications as needed.
  • Prepare accurate training history summaries for complex applications, ensuring data accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Present training review applications and provide information in committee meetings, effectively communicating with stakeholders.
  • Research and reconcile trainee history, ensuring data accuracy and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Monitor administrative processes for efficiency and prepare reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Support Training and Development projects, coordinating activities and meetings, and ensuring seamless project delivery.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or significant experience in an education or health administrative setting.
  • Experience in student administration environment and/or relevant experience in dealing with student grievances and complaints, conducting training reviews and audits.
  • Experience in project structures and delivery, with a strong understanding of the application of regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review data at a detailed level and produce report extracts to report on exceptions.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia or New Zealand, with a valid visa or citizenship.
