About the Opportunity

Wall Street is seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of training programs and coordinating our Community of Aviation Peer Support (CAPS) initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Comprehensive Training Strategies: Design and implement strategic training plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Design and Manage Professional Development Schemes: Develop and manage professional development schemes for auditors and staff.
  • Coordinate and Deliver Training Programs: Coordinate and deliver various training programs for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the Community of Aviation Peer Support Initiative: Ensure customer satisfaction and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage Online Registration Systems: Manage online registration systems and maintain accurate records in our customer relationship management software.
  • Analyze Feedback and Data: Analyze feedback and data to drive continuous improvement in training and program delivery.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Collaborate across departments to enhance client experiences and align with organizational capabilities.
About the Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a passionate, strategically minded professional with a talent for training and program management. In addition, you have:

  • Proven Experience in Training Management and Program Coordination: Proven experience in training management and program coordination, preferably in the aviation or related industry.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with Online Event Registration Software and CRM Systems: Experience with online event registration software and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Matrices and Professional Development Schemes: Familiarity with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) matrices and professional development schemes.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Field: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Business Administration, or Aviation Management.
