We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Development Coordinator to join our team at Flight Safety Foundation Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of training programs and coordinating our Community of Aviation Peer Support (CAPS) initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies aligned with organisational objectives
  • Design and manage professional development schemes for auditors and staff
  • Coordinate and deliver various training programs for internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee the Community of Aviation Peer Support initiative, ensuring customer satisfaction and stakeholder engagement
  • Manage online registration systems and maintain accurate records in our customer relationship management software
  • Analyse feedback and data to drive continuous improvement in training and program delivery
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance client experiences and align with organisational capabilities
About You

We are looking for a passionate, strategically minded professional with a talent for training and program management. In addition to your experience in training management and program coordination, you should have:

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience with online event registration software and CRM systems
  • Familiarity with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) matrices and Professional Development schemes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business Administration, Aviation Management)
