We are seeking an experienced and skilled leadership professional to lead our teams in delivering exceptional services to NDIS participants.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the NDIS sector, including leadership roles, blue and yellow cards, national police check, COVID vaccinations, full driver's license, and access to a reliable vehicle. Relevant tertiary qualifications are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide client-centric services that meet service requirements

  • Identify efficiencies across departments and lead compliance and risk management improvements
  • Manage resources, relationships, and budgets

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the NDIS sector
