Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Direction: Provide strategic guidance and direction to the SIL Team Leaders to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Team Support: Offer regular coaching and mentoring to SIL Team Leaders to enhance their skills and abilities
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the management and monitoring of master and operational rosters to ensure accurate reflection of participant SIL ROC Funding
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure Quality Standards and service delivery are consistent with CatholicCare strategy and NDIS practice standards and safeguarding framework

Requirements:

  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • NDIS Workers Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Tertiary qualifications in appropriate areas desirable and extensive industry experience
  • NSW Driver's Licence and access to insured vehicle
