We are seeking an experienced Disability Services Program Manager to lead our operations and support the delivery of high-quality services to our participants.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Business Development and Financial Management:
    • Develop strategic initiatives aligned with our organizational goals.
    • Evaluate financial and business information to identify growth opportunities.
    • Manage administrative operations including budget planning, report preparation, and expenditure management.
  • Develop and Execute Best Practice Service Delivery Models for NDIS Services:
    • Provide leadership to review, develop, and implement efficient service delivery processes in accordance with the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
    • Monitor service scheduling, approvals, and action gaps to ensure NDIS Plan ratios and participant goals are met.
  • Participant and stakeholder relationship building:
    • Ensure quality service delivery through person-centered and individualized approaches.
    • Tackle complex participant relationship needs and expectations effectively.
  • Leadership and staff management:
    • Implement an outcomes-based accountability framework.
    • Develop working relationships with AMPE teams, participants, and other key stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in program management, preferably in the disability sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
