This is a unique opportunity to work as a Technical Field Support Specialist. The job involves traveling to customer sites to provide on-site technical support and maintenance services for hardware and software.
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain physical devices such as PCs, printers, and network equipment.
- Assist customers with network connectivity, configuration, and performance issues.
- Set up, manage, and optimize routers and switches for efficient data flow.
- Install and maintain network cabling and server systems.
- Other Duties:
- Fill out activity reports after completing each task.
- Obtain approval from the customer before submitting the report.
- Share the report along with an invoice with the team.
- Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to travel extensively.
