Job Title: Technical Field Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Field Support Specialist to provide high-level technical on-site support for our products in the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving issues relating to software, hardware, and configuration, analyzing problems, and collecting necessary data to resolve support service requests.

This is a critical role that requires excellent communication and analytical skills to maintain accurate records of customer issues in our call tracking database.

In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will work closely with other Service Technicians to resolve complex customer issues through conference calls.

Your strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum one year of experience in technical support
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
