Key Role: Property Acquisition Specialist

As a pivotal member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring off-market deals that align with our clients' objectives.

  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with sales agents to gain access to exclusive off-market properties.
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential deals, encompassing financial analysis, comparative market assessments, rental yields, capital growth potential, and associated risks.
  • Inspect properties and assess their condition, zoning regulations, council overlays, and potential value-add or renovation needs.
  • Present information clearly and concisely to instill confidence in clients regarding their purchase decisions.
  • Recommend negotiation strategies and advise on auction bidding tactics (if applicable).
  • Maintain exceptional listening skills and empathy to determine when to push forward, hold steady, or walk away from a deal.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Holder of a buyer's agent license or completion of Certificate 4 (mandatory requirement).
  • Proven experience in property sourcing or deal-making, with the ability to source, evaluate, and secure excellent investment properties and homes.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
