About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust Excel-based financial models to support investment analysis and decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Evaluate market trends, demographic data, and economic factors to inform investment strategies.
  • Analyze asset performance, conduct portfolio reviews, and suggest value enhancement strategies.
  • Support due diligence processes, including reviewing leases, operating expenses, and legal documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field (Master's or CFA designation is a plus).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, or a related analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Knowledge of investment principles, real estate valuation methods, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
