We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking Head of Commercial Property Management to lead and grow a brand-new property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage the commercial property portfolio, ensuring it is compliant with relevant legislation and mitigating risk at all times.
- Business Development: Focus on expanding the portfolio by sourcing and onboarding new properties, forging strong relationships with landlords, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Tenant & Landlord Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between tenants and landlords, ensuring smooth communication, high levels of satisfaction, and resolving any issues efficiently.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and leasing teams to ensure the portfolio is strategically positioned and all properties are effectively marketed and leased.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure that all properties in the portfolio meet health, safety, and legal requirements while proactively managing risk.
- Proven experience in commercial property management, with a strong understanding of legislation, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- A successful track record in business development and growing property portfolios.
