**Job Title:** Property and Asset Care Specialist

 

We are seeking a diligent individual to maintain properties and assets to the highest standards. This part-time role involves completing tasks in a safe, efficient, and routine manner.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Maintenance: Maintain properties to a high standard through regular inspections and reporting.
  • Record Keeping & Compliance: Ensure accurate records are kept and maintained for all properties, adhering to relevant regulations.
  • Asset Management: Oversee maintenance schedules, coordinate service agreements with contractors, and track asset movements.

**Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, combined with relevant education and training.
  • Strong administration and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and email applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, organisational, and administrative skills.
