Job Title: Property Management Expertise

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your property management expertise and customer-centric approach to build strong relationships with clients and tenants. You will work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to ensure business objectives are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Position and protect the investment performance of assigned property assets, ensuring profitability through diligent and professional management.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of appearance and oversee the presentation and maintenance of property assets.
  • Facilitate resources, both in-house and outsourced, to promote a team effort and resolve property issues efficiently.
  • Implement and maintain orderly lease administration, financial management procedures, and overall reporting, including monitoring of statutory charges and providing recommendations for appeal against valuations as necessary.
  • Ensure all lease and other documentation is fully executed and in place.
  • Liaise regularly with owners regarding all aspects of management, including providing recommendations and conducting negotiations relating to rent reviews, lease renewals, and leasing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial or industrial property management, including a thorough understanding of commercial leasing practices, legislation, procedures, and terminology.
  • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments, and trends.
  • Strong Excel skills and exposure to accrual accounting.
  • Previous use of MRI management system (or similar) is highly regarded.
  • Valid Real Estate License.
