Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Property Asset Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management group, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of our diverse property portfolio. Your primary focus will be on marketing and leasing activities, utilizing your expertise in property software and lease documentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage industrial, office, and residential properties to ensure maximum asset value.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract tenants and maximize occupancy rates.
  • Negotiate leases and ensure timely payments from tenants.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial property management, preferably with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong working knowledge of property software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated individual with a passion for property management.
  • Good computer literacy and administration skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
