Maintenance Manager Job

Responsible for overseeing the upkeep and presentation of a large property asset in Perth's CBD.

The Maintenance Manager will coordinate daily maintenance tasks, manage contractors, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and contribute to long-term planning strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead a team of maintenance staff in carrying out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the property is well-maintained and safe for occupants.
  • To identify and recommend areas for improvement to optimize the overall performance and efficiency of the property.
  • To manage and oversee maintenance budgets to ensure they are utilized effectively.
  • To develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize disruptions and reduce costs.
  • To build relationships with stakeholders, including tenants, vendors, and colleagues to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:
  • A proven track record in maintenance management or a related field.

  • Trade qualification (preferred) & police clearance.
