Key Property Assets Manager

As a seasoned property professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned property assets. This role involves ensuring the optimal performance and profitability of these assets through diligent management and strategic decision-making.
Duties- You will be required to conduct regular site visits to inspect the condition and maintenance of property assets.
- Facilitate access to necessary resources to address any issues that may arise in relation to property services.
- You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective lease administration, financial management procedures, and reporting protocols.
- Liaise with clients regarding all aspects of asset management and provide expert advice as necessary.
- Implement preventative maintenance strategies and conduct regular cost reviews to ensure maximum efficiency.
To excel in this position, you will require 5+ years' experience in commercial or industrial property management, including a thorough understanding of commercial leasing practices, legislation, procedures, and terminology. Strong knowledge of building services and real estate market dynamics is also essential. A valid Real Estate License is mandatory.
