  • Aesthetic Skin and Laser Clinics are seeking experienced Medical or high street Retail Managers to oversee all aspects of the commercial side of the business, prioritizing Patient Care and Service at all times.
  • Key responsibilities will include rostering Clinical Staff, managing their performance on a day-to-day basis, liaising with essential Aesthetics and Medical Grade Laser Companies to ensure stock availability and devices are serviced within timeframes, managing all aspects of the Profit and Loss statement and driving gross profit through local BDM activities and marketing initiatives on social media.
  • As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the entire operation of the Clinic runs smoothly daily, dealing with patients' reactions to products, managing Staff rostering issues, managing product supply problems, and providing ongoing product training to qualified staff.
  • Each member of your team is a Brand Ambassador for all services the Clinic provides. Your team and the Clinic presentation must be immaculate at all times, with first-class service provided to every patient.
  • The clinic prides itself on being discreet, welcoming patients warmly while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • It is essential that everyone working in the Clinic is highly skilled and well-trained. You will need to ensure that your team of Clinicians and Injectors are confident in their knowledge and gentle when dealing with Patients.
  • Previous experience in Medical Aesthetics is not necessary, however, you must come from a Practice Management role in a Medical Clinic or have previously worked in a Medical environment.
  • As a commercially savvy individual with strong financial skills, you must understand how to continue growing the business by focusing on gross profit and market share.
