Marketing Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique chance to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that drive business growth and success.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing go-to-market plans to achieve key target measures for assigned brands;
  • Assisting in the preparation and lead management of marketing budgets for allocated brands/segments, including managing purchase orders using SAP and ARIBA systems;
  • Building product launch strategies by retailer to maximise business opportunities and support brand growth;
  • Designing, developing, managing and executing the production and budget of point-of-sale material, from brief to delivery to ensure maximum impact in stores;
  • Leading brand reports on net sales, retail sales & competitor analysis performance in the marketplace.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or related discipline;
  • Experience in a similar marketing role is preferred;
  • Strong MS Office skills required;
  • Background/experience in the beauty or luxury sector is preferred;
  • High level interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with all departments;
  • Excellent presentation and strong communication skills;
  • Strong analytical, thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Impeccable attention to detail with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
