Job Title: Branding and Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive business growth through comprehensive branding strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing branding initiatives that elevate our identity in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies that elevate our identity in the market.

  • Business Growth Strategy:
    • Design and execute sales and marketing campaigns that drive client acquisition and retention.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations, to expand our client base.
    • Lead market research initiatives to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Consultation Services Expansion:
    • Spearhead the expansion of consultation services for corporate clients, focusing on events, product recommendations, and well-being programs.
    • Develop tailored proposals and marketing materials to attract and retain corporate clients.
    • Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Digital Marketing and Social Media:
    • Analyze digital marketing metrics and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
    • Enhance our online presence through SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
    • Provide training and development opportunities to ensure the team stays current with industry trends and best practices.
    • Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or luxury services industry.
  • Proven track record in brand development and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
